Black and White Bridgerton Inspired Graduation Party

Dearest Gentle Readers,

This grad season was definitely one I will always remember and this party was another full circle moment for me. I had the honor of being able to plan Cashel’s 16th birthday party a few years ago, and now get to send her off to Pepperdine University. Doing so, I was able to get the opportunity to learn who Cashel is and create a party that was perfectly her.

So much time and effort went into this, as I do with all of my work. We wanted every detail to feel luxurious and elegant just as Cashel is. The elements in this party were each so unique and came together so seamlessly.

Tablescape

I could go on endlessly about all the details incorporated in these table scapes. Cashel specifically wanted disposable cameras for the mems so we worked with Cheecam. Cheecam was the easiest company to work with, you ship the camera back to them and they process your film & even send you digitals of all your photos! The coffee table books added just the right touch with the table runners and beautiful florals. Everything about the tables, the rich black & white color palette, fringe umbrellas, included such gorgeous elements .

Welcome Vibes

First impression is one of the most important aspects in everything you do. The moment guests stepped into the backyard they were greeted with a homemade frozen rose, topped with a cutie bow topper. Refreshing indeed. The welcome sign (a personal fav) and memorabilia cart added more of that special feeling. Taking the time to make sure everything is where it should be to leave a enduring feeling is so important.

Churro Cart

Sunny, the churro cart is always a hit! It’s hard to pass up the smell and amazing taste of a churro which is a big reason why we built and started the churro cart company. The custom sign furthered the design and just looked so good! It’s always good to have desert or something to snack on while enjoying yourself at events like this.

Details

I say it quite often but the little things matter! Paying attention to detail can change the entire look and vibe of your event, that’s why it is so important to take the time to think of those elements. With bows being so trendy, we wanted to incorporate them into this party but make it more unique that what guests are used to seeing. Like the bow drink toppers were just too cute!

We used a 360 bar, which is something I have yet to use and it’s safe to say it’s now a favorite of mine. It added so much elegance and filled up the space in the most gorgeous way, and that front facing bar sign was a crowd favorite. We made sure to keep the luxury feel along with the black and white throughout the entire party, which made a cohesive feel everywhere you turned.

Take Care Cashel

I am beyond grateful and blessed to have the job that I do and the clients that I get the privilege of working with. The Wilson’s have become more than clients and it truly is a joy working with them through all life’s memories. Cheers to the party of the season.
