Because what better way to spend a Summer day than with your favorite people?! I’m all about anything outdoors so naturally picnics are one of my favorite summer activities. Did I mention how stinkin’ easy they are to put together too?
Some girlfriends & I found this adorable meadow and thought it’d be the perfect picnic spot. It was super simple to throw together! With the help of My Pretty Little Picnic and some charcuterie boxes, we were able to get the most adorable set up.
We had SO much fun! It’s such a wholesome way to spend quality time with others & get a breath of fresh air (literally!). All you need to throw your own picnic is simply a few blankets, yummy food, light decor, + good company!
Now time for my all-time favorite picnic essentials!
First things first, a comfy picnic blanket to lounge on. Other essentials include glassware, utensils, plates, trash bags and I can’t stress this one enough, napkins or paper-towels! They come in handy for any little clean up. Next, a cooler or ice pack to keep all of your treats chilled until served. Especially if you’re snagging a charcuterie box! Last but certainly not least, a cute picnic basket to store everything in.
